Inclusion Policy
In my setting all children are special irrespective of special educational need, disability, medical need, race, culture, class, gender or social status they have a right to express needs and have them met fairly. I recognise the importance of parents in the child’s life, I will actively seek the views of the children I care for and their parents. In my setting I provide a range of stimulating, fun and creative activities which are both age and ability appropriate and in line with the Early Years Foundation guidance. I will recognise the rights of the child and ensure all areas of inclusion and equal opportunities are met.
